Each Pearl Moon Flower garment is prepared with care and dispatched from our studio in Melbourne, Australia.
We operate with limited quantities and intentional production. Please allow adequate time for your order to be processed and shipped.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During collection launches or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service. Pearl Moon Flower is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Pearl Moon Flower is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at studio@pearlmoonflower.com with your order number and relevant details.
While we will assist where possible, Pearl Moon Flower is not responsible for parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.
